If I were the ceo and/or chairman it's what I would do. Vote for increase in available shares and pay bills and management with stock options. That's step one.

Step two would be to release news on profit to push pps to 2-5C range.

Step three would be to involve a stock promoter like Awesomepennystocks to push past 10 Cents.
