The Brother-in-law effect is pretty obvious.....especially in thinly traded penny stocks.
If something substantial is being worked on....or imminent....
then a LOT of people are involved............
so......the lawyers relatives, and accountant's brother and sisters and dad's and mom's and everyone's Brother-in-law start buying the
stock.
This is the essence of: Buy the rumor-sell the News scenario.
So far, volume has been very light.
If the "event" entails more borrowing and leveraged financing, then the reverse happens.....selling....because of expected dilution.....or simply no buying......
A Revenue generating deal is the key to kicking off some Brother-in-law effect buying.
Just sayin
