It really is not a major point. Once again, the company is doing great and will continue to grow. I am not selling nor upset. Just was confused.
So.....Moving on to another topic. Clearly need to continue to look for the next PR. No matter what is said, the PR's continue to show that progress is being made.

WHO CARES! Obviously PWC was not concerned about anything or you definitely would have heard about it, HTI made a 700k payment on Friday to PWC.

This is ridiculous. HTI makes a 700k payment to PWC and that is excellent news.

There is also no way of knowing whether or not the agreement says that the payments will be paid every month, with a disclosure that says this is what will be paid monthly and it makes all the sense in the world especially if the deadline is indeed March 31, 2013. Like you said the payment is equal to almost 2 payments.

What you see as a lack of information, myself and others might see as an open end agreement with the final payment being received by March 31, 2013. As long as PWC receives their payment by March 31 the point is mute. It may well have been agreed upon by HLNT and not PWC that HLNT would make 3 payments, with the first month being a grace period. I mean we all are familiar with that aren't we?

So what's the issue again?
