I believe the company is preparing for the broader market which will require a dollar or more PPS...does everyone remember that a $5M site for their manufacturing facility was donated last fall? If you gauge the market cap against the current pps if that was the only asset they had, the pps should be about .80 post R/S...always go by the numbers and you won't have to doubt your decision
