Zoro, PLNI has 2 billion outstanding shares, according not only to numerous postings around the bulletin boards but also according to Matt Maguire, the PR guy with Big Apple that PLNI has (unfortunately) retained. I know this because I called him up and asked.

Authorized really is 5 billion, o/s is 2 billion, float is supposedly around 500 million--all those figures are from Maguire, and I say supposedly 500 million because Maguire sounded a little uncertain of the latter when he spoke to me.

I don't usually post here, but usually do so at the allstocks board.

For more comedy, one of the posters at allstocks said Maguire told him that PLNI had completed a 200 million share retirement announced in August--but that the o/s count had since risen back to 2 billion. No reason given, PR about all this supposedly "very near."
