Welcome back RS, it appears that there may finally be a light at the end of the tunnel. Yesterday was a bit of a strange day for the market but I expect us to have a green day today as people anxiously wait to see what type of settlement has been agreed upon. Whatever people may guess it to be, I think we can all agree that it will certainly be significantly higher than the current PPS IMO.
