If CCAJ is an empty shell, then please explain why Tony is having such a massive voting power? He has voting rights equivalent to 50 billion votes.

Why would Tony be still involved with CCAJ if his main business is now decoupled? When not just resign all positions and start another OTCBB firm?

Tony would have much to do to manage his factory than be engaged with silly CCAJ affairs. Obviously Tony still have over-riding powers in CCAJ.
