They don't always PR everything they do - we can't assume the worst anymore than we can assume the best. so how do we know they haven't raised the money they need and submitted changes to the authorities so they can open back up in time?
if you follow their time line, spring is not even in the cards.
The Company estimates that this process will take up to 120 days.

NDEP has advised the Company that approval of any changes to the operation will take approximately 60 days from when the Company submits its design changes.
The Company plans to begin a more focused search to identify a suitable candidate to take over the daily management of the Mine.
That person will have to develop a mine plan, when and if, they are found. this time line is out the window
