MM's don't want this to look like a runner cause there seems to be alot of shares needing to be covered. Looked like they were trying to keep a cap on it today. I think it helps attract liquidity in all honesty. If you see a see saw back and forth .01 stock all day you may be less inclined to buy; least thats my thinking.
