I don't think you all have a complete grasp on what this Equity Funding is all about. It's good for the company, NOT the shareholders. What will happen is Val will get cash then AGS will start equity funding thru share selling at a predetermined price. Now we don't know what PPS they can sell to (usually not allowed to sell under a PPS) or how many shares (monthly). But I can almost bet you that it will be in monthly increments.

Each month we will start to see a little pump (from the company or 3rd party) then timed perfectly you will most likely see VNDM putting up large ASKS and take up all the buying momentum without moving the ASK up. (This being AGS) selling into the momentum thus killing any run we will have.

Seen this STRUCTURED EQUITY FINANCING a million times, and it's NEVER NEVER NEVER good for the shareholder.

But, I will say there may be some very good flipping opportunities.

Twosecure, this funding is not somthing I would keep posting, it will drive buyers away.
