No, I'm not in regular contact with him. However, the articles have helped me get responses from the company. Someone told me they sent the links to the company and they seem to answer me promptly now that they know I write about them.
Before I started writing about them I never got a response and that didn't surprise me since they have to get a crazy amount of email.
