in pennyland everyone lives in fear of a scam..its very simple to drop a price quickly if even a whiff of uncertainty surfaces...panic is very easy to create..but sometimes it does turn out to be unfounded panic...so we shall see..

Where's the rumor?

I'm just pointing out that a lot of people are underwater just because of a rumor, and that's all it is.

aapt notified the appropriate authorities with the intention that they would investigate...no? The "proper" authorities are FINRA and the SEC.

Did Barry notify them or not? I bet he didn't. I go with a lie, in a PR, about lies, lOl...

The pos needs to be shut down. End of story.

The aapt story.

The fraudsters still need to be dealt with...and I'm hoping...with criminal charges...not just civil complaints.

The company views the statements made as libelous and defamatory, made with the intent to deceive and believes that those statements and the former employee's actions violate federal securities laws as well as civil and criminal law. These activities by a disgruntled former employee of AAPT have needlessly damaged the company and severely harmed company shareholders. The company has notified the appropriate regulatory authorities and is reviewing appropriate further actions.
