paige, I cannot deny that the "strategic alignment" with Baxa is a positive event. It may be the launching pad for Valimed. But you know me, I don't need to be prepared or concerned with the good news, they will work fine anyway. My concern is with what happens if/when things are not going as they should go, and I have expressed my concerns in a previous post.
