You don't understand how the Lovito family business plan works. What happens when they fail to report amendments to the SOS? THEY GET THEIR BUSINESS STATUS REVOKED. What happens when they get revoked? THEY CHANGE THE SYMBOL AND BUSINESS NAME AND START THE CYCLE OVER AGAIN. THE CYCLE IS OVER AND THEY WANT TO FINISH THE CONVERSIONS AT AN INFLATED PRICE AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT SCAM.
