If investors had known that the pps would only rise 3 years into the future no rational investors would have invested NOW. If that had been the case Solomon would not have been able to receive the money he needed to develop his company. Clearly the market has had the expectation that the pps would rise short term to reflect what was going on fundamentally. The selling og tens of millions of shares has prevented that from happening. Solomon has had the responsibility to find other ways to raise the money he needed som that those who have so far provided the money he needed will not feel we have been deceived by him.
