Just keep in mind...the TA is not gagged. They just don't mess with giving shareholders info about SS. Some TA's are cheaper and that's probably why GDSM has chosen this one, imo. I watch the sos as far as A/S and most always your sos has the A/S amendments/increase prior to the TA. As far as caution, always use it in the penny market.
