Of course he had hopes for higher pps.

Only to Sweden went some 25M shares in 2012. Add hyperboy, jan and some other investors, add that Swiss fund... we talk about some 35M shares at least. At average 50-60 cents PPS paid, its 18-21M USD that went into the stock in 2012 just from longterm investors. At OTC market, its totally unreal number and yet it wasnt enough to even end up green in 2012 while sitting at P/E under 1.

You want to say that Solomon expected more money to be flowing in? If yes, then Solomon is totally unrealistic in his estimations which shouldnt be the first time at all. He has overestimated basically everything so far, both fundamentally and on market basis. How can the investors still believe then in his vision, how can they feel that the extra 7-8M USD he diluted us over the plan at ridiculous valuation was worth it? Again, terrible message for the market. And not that the extra dilution has been explained. He just did it and thats it. And then he complains about bad market situation, omg.

For the record, I've been in this for almost 3 years. But that is not the point, first of all, if you haven't understood that diluting is not done on a day-to-day basis that you can turn on and off (ref also vikings reply, I just didn't think this should had to be explained!) then think again!
Secondly, saying that pps is "not important" is so outrageously stupid that I think I am dreaming. Do you even know that are certain "ties" between pps/number of stocks to be issued/capital needed?? It really makes me wonder!
We have between 14-30 million of shares that have been put to the market for a ridiculous pps do you not think that these shares will have an influence on the future pps, when 30 million shares are up 100% at 1 dollar!!??
I read a lot of shit on this board and I can only say that I am very happy to have RD, viking,andrew, TF and I'm sure I forget someone now actually having critical pow on this co. and the reality.. and not just the la-la-la team from Sweden, thanx guys!!
