LOL I DO hope you are not serious with that post, "stop diluting when demand drops" OMFG!! We could definitely also discuss if the market have "absorbed shared nicely" or not! But I guess you, like Salomon, think it is nice to punish long-term shareholders with stupid (cash-flow) management!!?? He should of course to the other way around, dilute when the demand is high=>AT A HIGHER PPS!!
yes and he said End of 2011 that by End of 2012 we'd uplist to Nasdaq lol.

you cannot stop a bullet that's been shot. These 14m shares were issued back in Oct/Nov. Hard to know if they and how many could be absorbed or not months later. By the time you realize there is simply not enough demand for those millions of shares on the ask every day, the stock has already tanked. Last week it went from 0.52 to 0.46. If no new big buyers show up next week, the downward spiral can go fast. Things can go very fast both ways but are very hard to predict.
