How do you know that "HTI has never missed a payment in the past"?

I don't really care to do your DD for you on past settlements with Whalehaven, the Truk Fund, or HLNT's agreement with Sheppherd Mullin Richter. But I will tell you where to go - the HLNT OTC Disclosure & News Services page. You will find all the DD there concerning settlements, payment terms, share structure transparency and such. Oh, by the way, I'm also not interested in any non sequitur observations/arguments that that isn't proof as legitimate for any HTI nonpayments would have been front page news here.
