chipperca: 0.17 is not just the 52-week low, but the 48-month low as well.
IMO the share price will indeed drop below .17 in the coming months for the following reasons:
1. New S-3 registration scheduled on or before 6/30/03.
2. More shelf shares likely to be used to pay operating expenses and amounts due to vendors.
3. "Expected" product releases (Eclipse, IFE, etc.) likely to be delayed as usual.
4. 10K for FYE 3/31/2003 (not released until mid June) will be a disaster, with negative gross profit margins on products for the year and record annual loss.
5. Short selling by owners of the CP shares quite likely.
6. The usual scenario of the company just not living up to the "expectations" created for shareholders.
I believe that continuing to hold this equity with the hope a turnaround and a long term gain is ill-advised.
