What is so frightening in the SEC filings? IMO anyone that has done their DD on the company just from reading what longs have posted should have no worries with their stake in the company going into a busy 2013.

"ELTP" is a stock fueled by "Hope & Excitement" then it has a run up, but then the bubble ALWAYS burst and it tanks !! Buy "ELTP" when it tanks then after you hear (read) a lot of "Hope & Excitement" and the price ticks up a couple pennies SELL then repeat over & over !!! In my most humble opinion ...
