Etrade gets there info. second hand and who knows what their update policy is. EPGL trades on OTC, so go to the OTC website to look at the info. there. I would assume it's more correct and that there is just not a good way for these sites to show authorized, outstanding, restricted and for how long, etc. etc. etc.
