I agree with you. There's no need to do a reverse split. It's much more efficient getting it done through the reverse merger.

Once the CMKX Entourage shares enter the shares outstanding. The share price of Entourage will be well below the private placement price of the insiders. Since insiders are known to prefer a profitable position , they will have to either dilute or consolidate to obtain their objective.
