If that is true, and the patent has ANY value at all, then why ZERO intellectual property on the AAPT balance sheet?

Another company is producing the bars, or the patent is WORTHLESS.

That's why.

AAPT cannot afford to pay for the OUTSIDE production of these things.

Don't expect ANYTHING to hit the shelves of any major retailer.
