Dear Shareholder,The information in the HotStocked article published today is blatantly false AND an outright lie. The Company is not seeking to $15M, and certainly is not looking at convertible preferred structures at this time. We never ever said that and we are looking into our legal options. This is a clear lie, and points to individuals with manipulative intentions related to our common stock. We continue to believe in the fundamentals of the Company and the prospects for our common stock. The Company has not done any financing since previously announced on November 14, 2012. The Company has not sold any stock, none of the officers or directors have sold any stock. We continue to believe in our prospects for growth and are very excited about our most recent data set and plans for the future.
