It appears that an INVESTOR paid a substantial sum of $$$$ to BUY a block of MEDIZONE STOCK and, of course, any penny stock 'speculator' is certainly considered an investor. Perhaps, one of the MZEI naysayers had a change of mind and decided to 'take a chance' with MEDIZONE/ASEPTICSURE at a reasonable price.
FWIW...MM's don't carry inventory for OTC stocks---the OTC is an electronic marketplace from order thru settlement as long as the issue doesn't have any restrictions/chills at the broker or DTCC level--which we don't...MM's simply represent customer orders down here...
