AMBS' CEO responded to my questions and concerns about the recent dramatic drop in PPS, less than two hours after I sent my email last night. It's gratifying to know our CEO is sharp and caring enough to feel that timely responses to shareholder questions and concerns is important.
Whether I am long or short AMBS has no bearing on the integrity and dedication of the CEO. Whether or not AMBS becomes successful and profitable does depend in large part on those qualities. I am just very satisfied that our CEO has those positive qualities and strengths. PPS will rise and fall, being manipulated by MMs and affected by pumpers, dumpers, news, etc. But, overall, PPS will rise. That growth in PPS will be a reflection of the realization of the hope expressed by MJ Fox on Letterman last night, when he said that medical solutions to Parkinson's are in the works right now, with one of the most promising being the development of biomarkers, which is one of AMBS' fortes. He also said that his foundation is especially involved in assisting companies grow a medical treatment or cure for Parkinson's from idea to reality by expediting the process and getting the product into the pipeline. MJF was very excited about his current, successful treatment and said he looks forward to the time in the near future when other Parkinson's patients have the same successful treatment he has had, which treatment will continue to improve his (and their) condition. Letterman was encouraging and supportive of MJF, Parkinson's patients, and the search for a cure.
Was AMBS mentioned? Of course not. Neither was any other company. But, the use of biomarkers and genetics to diagnose and treat PD was discussed.
We have a winner in AMBS!

Gerald,
I am deeply distressed at the almost vertical plunge that the stock price has taken the last two days. I have over a xxxxxxx shares and am still holding, but I am about to go in the red. I want to believe the price will turn around soon, but I am beginning to doubt it will happen unless and until AMBS announces substantial news.
Can you give me any reassurance that we stockholders will see announcements that positive changes are near term (days, weeks) or are they all long term (months, years)? What steps are being taken to try to protect shareholder value?
I know that the products AMBS is developing will be life changing for many people and I support you and the rest of the team in that effort.
Hangin' in there.
Thank You,
Gerald's strong response:

Hello XXXXX,
First of all, thank you for being a shareholder. We are aware of the trading activity of the last few days and are disappointed with the market response to what we considered to be outstanding data presented. Certainly the response from the folks we interacted with at the conference was quite different.
We are continuing to work to build shareholder value, as well as defend the corporation from manipulative trading practices. We will be working with counsel to evaluate further options as we move things forward and will update the marketplace in a timely fashion regarding various activities going on with the Company.
Best Regards,
Gerald
