Also wanted to comment on the JDA's PR yesterday in reference to Addax assumming NBL's work committment. They stated,

"b) a minimum work programme commitment of 3 wells during the
first exploration phase of 4 years."

I'm think the work committment's are all prone to a first phase consisting of 4 years. I was glad to see the 3 well committment as this matches Barry Morgans comments of just how NBL was to secure B-4 with their lower bid:

"The JDA already has a fast-track commitment from Noble Energy to sink three wells back-to-back and that is the kind of action Nigeria wants."
