The 9/19 letter cannot be read in a vacuum. It DID NOT supersede the 9/17 letter. If it did it would have said so. All the qualifiers and disclaimers are still in effect (the AICPA says that a compilation is subject to such disclaimers. The letter was probably issued after HH urged Bradford to come up with something that would give the IMPRESSION that it was more than it was, A COMPILATION.
The fact that National International is a private company doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to be found on the internet. Clearly they have no trouble being included in HH's pr so why would they have had a problem being mentioned in prs from other partners with whom they did deals? Answer? They don't exist!!. To go even further, even private companies have to be formed in accordance with the law and their are public records. For example, Bergamo Investments which was formed in London, you can find records on the internet showing you when it was formed. National International? Not found here in the States or anywhere else. Bergamo Energy in Miami? A phantom, no record of being formed in Florida or licensed to do business in Florida, which they would have to be if the office is there. Another work of HH fiction.
