Well billions in the ground however the company doesn't have the money yet to get it out of the ground so it until that is secured the valuation of the company will not reflect the value of the value of what is in the ground. Additionally there are costs in extracting, processing and delivering the end product so only a % of what is in the ground becomes profit.
Still the upside potential well worth the downside risk at this time. The present LOI may become the JV that will unlock the above value.
