David I. Meyers is signing all of the forms for the Luskin Trust Fund, and is its power-of-attorney.


Someone should inform the beneficiaries of the trust about the damage being done to Mr. Luskin's name by Mr. Meyers' investment decisions.

It's doubtful that an octagenerian would want to risk his good reputation so late in life, by being associated with the JBI Scamathon.
