3). Audit -- We expect to have the Y/E 2012 results ready to submit to the auditors by Jan. 18. With respect to the audits for 2010 and 2011, the remaining issue of consolidated tax returns should be finalized after our meeting next week with the IRS on this topic.
I wonder what day next week they are meeting. I find it hard to swallow that they will get sign off by the IRS and be able to get HT to sign off on it and have it filed by the shareholders meeting. Nothing works that well with the IRS much less any changes that come from that meeting.
The only hope they have is that the IRS just has to sign off on what they are doing now and bless them so they can file a completed audit document with no changes required.
Hope I am wrong but I don't expect to see the audit in time for the shareholders meeting. I do expect to see the EDGAR though.
