Imo, GLTV has been flying well under the radar. It has not been a MOMO/pump and dump play. Our daily volume has been extremely low, which proves this line of thinking. It also tells us that there has not been any dilution. The above are two great facts that should keep the longs content.
Could the pps drop today? You bet. There will be some peeps that read the 8-K, see the words "considering a reverse split" and knee jerk sell without looking at the bigger picture.
I will say it again, why would a company with a pps climbing over .01 make a statement that they might do a reverse split because their pps is under .01?....LOL.....It is 100% counterintuitive.
Thus, I think they did it on purpose to slow down the rise in the pps. The why is the only thing I am unsure about.
It could be:
1. Allow "close friends" to load under .01
2. Create a significant short position prior to releasing the new details of their alliance with Advantag AG. This would create a rapid rise in the pps.
3. There have not been any shares available for these "close friends", thus they needed to create a temporary "fire sale".
4. I have no other friggin ideas.....lol
