You're right.....good question. I can't come up with an instance when that would apply...it wouldn't in the case of a Regular Purchase. Of course, I suppose a VWAP order for shares is made before the trading day, so the price wouldn't be established until that day's trading was done.....but I've already admitted that the whole VWAP pricing issue is Greek to me. Hopefully an explanation is forthcoming.
Obviously, for the moment the minimum prices are not an issue anyway.
