I agree completely but for Pasternak to say that Atrinsic will continue business operations as Atrinisc is disingenuous at best. The business has been liquidated. The creditors were just friends of Dyne's anyway. They will get whatever intellectual property that is worth anything.
Dyne needs to go to jail. I could give a crap about the money.
