FWIW, I have used more than one Powerfuse in a day and felt no ill effects. I recognize the "recommended serving" is only one, but my personal experience is that the boost is equal for morning cardio and a late day lift. I've also used an Electrofuse and a Powerfuse at the same time -- two different sets of ingredients so it shouldn't be a concern.
