I was under the impression that they filled all the requirements for the merger when Mr. Heinzelmann transferred the $500k for the deal. Little confusing only positive thing is it said in the 8-k they are looking for other business with Advantag. Will have to see how it opens tomorrow. We put a lot of effort into this one for it to not go through.
