I also have scottrade. I think Katx gets the notice since they get the shares before distribution. Scottrade isn't so good with informing shareholders of info from stocks they hold. When I call with questions about the S-1 or other things, they been ok, but I have to reach out to them. Im not worried about the shares, I have had other situations with buyouts and they've Been fine.
