Two weeks ago you were very confident after exchanging emails with Eric that the Edgar report would be delivered on-time, but your "hope" later changed to pre-market Monday, December 31st, then after-hours Friday, January 4th followed by pre-market Monday, January 7th and now it's slowly faded and replaced by a consideration to sell by the time the shareholder meeting rolls around. I remained adamant in my believe (due to my past email exchanges with Eric), and it's with this confidence I'm certain there will be no shareholder meeting as currently scheduled or possibly postponed.
