Nothing has changed in the company from when it was in the .02's, and when it was close to .10, and now in the .06's. Same share structure, same business plan, if not tweaked for the better, a little different BOD, which may have also been tweaked for the better.

This pps action is to be expected down in the OTC market. Whether a company has a real future, or is a shell that is hyped, stocks more or less get treated the same down here by the traders.
