Don't know,, but as far as he gets one of them done I'm happy ! I think the audit problems have something to do with the ongoing lawsuit,, but who knows ,,, I think we'll see the EDGAR sooner than you think ,,, But as you know when you have to walk you have to use a couple of attempts before succeeding, the same thing goes for the EDGAR ,,, we'll see if I'm right, but I freaking hope so ! AND YES I HOPE! And yes it's a part of my investment strategy
