If Quickbooks was set up correctly in the first place. I'm not saying it's NOT BS. I use Quickbooks and know that crap in, crap out applies. Simple invoicing, yes. Inventory management to compile accurate balance sheet and P&L, another story. I have a feeling M&K threw up their hands at some point during the audit process prior to or while the IPO was falling apart. JMHO
