The Company will reduce the number of Authorized shares from 120 million to 70 million. The number of outstanding shares shall be reduced to just below 64,539,275 million of which all but 2,946,272 will be restricted. The incoming Board members have also requested that all of the shares owned by the President (50,000,000) have a 2 year restriction on 144 sales or any other type of sale or transfer.
