FWIW, I don't think that offering would send the share price down to 16 or 17. It's not that big of a deal if they do it as an offering. The last offering was absolutely necessary. The fact that it got gobbled up and the shareprice took off from there was a testament to the fact that it was such a strong positive for the company.

I think going about it this way would send a better message to market at this point. Let's not dwell over this for another three days. The company needs money to get into the promised land.
