Treaty management is not allowed by SEC rules to give out information that is not publicly available to all and at pretty much the same time.

How do they keep getting away with that??

Because it takes time and careful wording reviewed and re reviewed to make sure everything is correct. All takes time and money. Noone works for free. Let them spend their time drilling and running the company makes more sense
