If only the stock market were so easy that I could buy options that expire 8 days, sit on them for a day, and make free money watching the premium rise.
Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. Once in a while when there's a set binary exact date event the day before premiums rise sometimes (but not always at all). And even then it's when there's increased volatility in the stock itself not less as we've been seeing, trading in tigher and tighter ranges.
