It's not like a 30,000 employee organization with numerous leaks and access to all sorts of entities. It's a rinky dink mom and pop that's professionally run. Nothing has nor will leak.

I agree that the stock looks just fine. But, I don't believe we can count on news before January 2013 calls expire even though I hope we get the news soon.

Stock is not looking weak. We should not care how it looks at all at this point. What bothers me - the january options. Judging from today's slide of all the Jan options premiums I can say that the street is not expecting the trial results before January expiration.
