Would you honestly go to a bank for a loan when you could fund the company yourself and pay it back with no penalty? The simple fact of the matter is that if you met the man in person as you juz stated you would simply call him and ask why he's lending his company another $1.5M instead of the far easier route of going to a boutique firm like Roth or Piper Jaffrey and giving them shares!
