Why do you think the potential peregrine partnership would follow the mold of some other partnership? That seems rediculous to me. If there was some partnering timeline formula that every company followed the market would be all over it.

My guess is this Friday pre-market...the 10th trading day after the prospectus supplement was filed. I was always of the belief that they wouldn't announce a partnership until the institutional "friends" had a chance to participate. I believe Monday's PR was exactly that chance.
