NBL didn;t want to deal with the Local Indies and Addax probably gave ERHC a better cut vs. NBL

Investorbynight....educated guesses only here.

1) Couldn't get along with Nigerian indies and possibly the JDA. (Buks mentioned to me that our relationship with NBL is good).

2) NBL wanted more and another team got the spot instead (this might be more of a "hopeful" guess than educated guess)
